If they have your number, they also can see your number on KakaoTalk. But if they have your KakaoTalk ID only, they can’t see your number. :)

If someone only knows your ID, it is impossible to find out your phone number by that.
( But if someone added you on the list by phone number, needless to say, he(she) already knew your phone number. ^^ )
