Ummm No differences
구 at the end of the sentence is just a surfix which makes end of sentence and I think the only difference is just a sound of Nuisance

The meaning beween the first sentence and the sencond is actually the same.

It doesn't matter which one is natural or good to talk to

At some point, the first sentence, " 얼마나 빨리 달리지는 보자구" is that I feel like sombody talks about the other.

I mean, There are three people, A, B, C

A is talking to B about C, I feel like.

for example 1
You went to watch a short-distance race with your friend.

I feel negative in the sentence.

A : (C가) 얼마나 빨리 달리나 보자구.
B : 두고보자고 (We'll see.)

"보자구" is a casual expression.
In grammar, that is not correct.

2.
"얼마나 빨리달리나 보자" is that I think you say to someone right before you.

A father had a good with his son, running in the playground.

the father said " 얼마나 빨리달리나 보자" to son.

The meaning is the same.
Just the different way of speaking(:
However, adding '구' is usually not actually spoken in normal conversation, but quite often heard when we watch plays or soap operas.
Also, it sometimes (not always) sounds kind of cute to add '구'.
+I'm sure just saying '보자' without adding '구' is much more common way of speaking.

You are adding subtle emotion and emphasizing it with the first one. I would say “보자구” in the following cases.

- when someone has an opinion on the race while you really think that the result will be known only from the actual race.
“I think A is faster” “Well, let’s just see who wins!”(보자구)

- When the race was mentioned/discussed before and you are mentioning it again

'-구/고' is kind of an amplifier which gives a feel of repetition to the sentence you just said.

얼마나 빨리 달리는 지 보자 : "Let's see how fast it runs."
얼마나 빨리 달리는 지 보자구 : "(I'm saying) Let's see how fast it runs." or "Let's see how fast it runs. (That's what I'm saying)"

이 영화 보자 : "Let's watch this movie"
이 영화 보자구 : "(I'm saying) Let's watch this movie" or "Let's watch this movie. (That's what I'm saying)"

나 어제 두시간 밖에 못잤어 : "I had only two hours of sleep last night"
나 어제 두시간 밖에 못잤다구 : "(I'm saying) I had only two hours of sleep last night" or "I had only two hours of sleep last night. (That's what I'm saying)"

뜻은 같습니다.
뉘앙스가 아주 약간 차이가 있습니다.

"얼마나 빨리 달리는지 보자." 는 일반적인 표현이고
"얼마나 빨리 달리는지 보자구." 가 좀더 구어체에 가깝습니다.

@sy08101017 Sounds goods. 😊 There is a subtle hint of soft e sound in your glads. I don't think Korean has anything like soft a, so that's not unexpected. Otherwise I don't notice anything else to mention.
