내 거 완전 망했어.
이미 망해서(망쳐서) 더 이상 재생 못 시켜.
(망쳤어 sounds a little more direct)
아 진짜 나 시험 완전 망했어(망쳤어)
이거 완전 망했는데 어떡하지

And also there are times when we say it in the present progressive or future form.
나 지금 이거 망치는 중이야
이거 분명 망할거야
너 이거 아마 망칠걸

That type of way maybe 😄 just a literal translation

= 계획이 망치면 누군가를 슬프게 만들 수 있다. 그녀는 계획이 실패한것에 대해 얘기하고 싶지 않았다.

Um sorry but there are some errors.
내 계획이 실패했다.
= 내 계획이 망했다.*

계획을* 망치면 (계획이 망가지면) 누군가를 슬프게 만들 수 있다. OO(은)는 계획이 실패한것에 대해 얘기하고 싶지 않았다. We don't say 그 or 그녀 in Korean. We just say their names or status etc.

망한 계획이 귀찮아

I read your explanation and wrote these sentences. Is this correct? And it seems Koreans always use 망하다in past tense only (계획이 망했어 instead of 계획이 망해)
