Yes, when (A) or (B) Because everyone can have his own appropriate time to express himself.

May I ask who structured A and B? As the don’t sound as natural to me.

We generally use “turn taking” or “taking turns” when we talk about the opportunity/time to answer/perform a job/task etc.
