Does this sound natural and correct?

"Oh I miss you guys too! Hope next year I am able to go back! Of course this year I'll drop in from time to time though!"

Buen trabajo, suena muy bien. Sin embargo cambiaria algunas cosas.

“Oh I miss you guys too! I hope next year I am able/can go back! Of course this year I’ll drop in from time to time though!”

Hay que agregar “I” por delante de “hope”. Además, aunque no es incorrecto lo que escribiste, a veces suena mejor decir “can” en vez de “able to” en el habla cotidiana porque es más corto.
