Wizard, witch, warlock, sorcerer, mage, druid, magic-user, and several others.

All describe someone that can cast spells in some way. Some games or books add some additional definitions that make them different (for example Dungeons and Dragons).

Context would matter to know what difference is meant, if any.

wizard is usually a male person.
A witch is usually a female person.
A witcher is a word that was made up for a video game.

A wizard has a long gray/white beard, point hat, a blue/purple robe with stars and moon on it, a crystal ball, a wand, a staff, no black cat.

A witch has a wart on her chin and nose, a black pointy hat, buckles on her shoes like a pilgrim, striped stockings, a crystal ball, cooks potions in a black cauldron, owns a black cat as a pet, laughs with a cackle, flies on a broom, etc.
